STYLES 

  

 All of the styles shown below can be adapted to match your personal requirements.  Call us and tell us what you want and we'll help you get what you need.

They can be numbered and/or perforated. You can have them as single sheets or in sets of 2 or more sheets, in book or pad format.  Each form is A5 size (although other sizes are available).

If you don't see exactly the form you want here then send us a sample of what you are using or a rough layout and we will produce it for you.

We give three basic styles above but all of these can be designed to your specification.

Format options available (all A5 size):
(NCR stands for No Carbon paper Required)

Duplicate Pads - personalised (100 sets - NCR, both sheets printed with your shop details, numbered and glued at the top)
£199 for 20 pads, £155 for 12
Triplicate Pads - personalised (50 sets - NCR, each sheet printed with your shop details, numbered and glued at the top)
£165 for 20 pads, £129 for 12



Duplicate Books - personalised (100 sets - NCR, top sheet printed, numbered and perforated: bottom sheet printed, numbered and remains in book) - £230 for 20 books, £179 for 12

Triplicate Books - personalised (50 sets - NCR, top 2  sheets printed, numbered and perforated: bottom sheet printed, numbered and remains in book) - £199 for 20 books, £159 for 12


Shop order pads - single sheet (no copy) pads of 200 sheets personalised with your shop details
 £70 for 10 pads,  £84 for 12


Billheads/invoices  (A5) £49 per 1000
 
All pads are printed in black as standard.
To print in one of our standard colours: green, blue, aubergine, brown, red, purple is
an extra £10 per 20 pads/books.  To print in any other colour, such as cerise, lime green or burgundy, is an extra £22 per 20 pads.
